After twenty-four years as a literature professor at a Christian university in Illinois, Dr. Kim has returned to her home state of Maryland and her home church at Zion.
She has previously served as the coordinator of the mercy ministry at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Elgin, IL (2011-2019), in addition to teaching Sunday school at Korean churches in Illinois and Connecticut.
Since January 2024, she has been serving with the Youth Ministry of Korean Zion Presbyterian Church in K.A.P.C.
